Ingredients for four servings:

  • 250 milliliters of Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of (skinless and seedless) cucumber diced or grated
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons of dill minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix them well. Adjust seasoning and serve with Turbana
plantain chips. To decorate, add a few leaves of dill on top.
