MEXICAN SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup of bacon sautéed
  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup of spinach cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup of white cheese diced

Dressing:

  • Avocado
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine the lettuce, the bacon, the mushrooms, the spinach and the cheese. For the dressing,
blend all the ingredients. Cover the salad with the dressing and complement with Turbana ripe
plantain chips. Serve with a sirloin medallion.
