PERUVIAN-STYLE SHRIMP CEVICHE

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of raw shrimp
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of corn nuts
  • 1 onion cut into julienne strips
  • Cilantro minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Turbana plantain chips

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate during 4 hours. Serve with Turbana plantain chips.
