Ingredients for four servings:
- 2 packages of Turbana lemon plantain chips
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 lemons
- 1 avocado
- 1 red tomato
- 1 purple onion
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and dice the tomato, the onion and the avocado, then mix them with the tuna. Squeeze the
lemons and add the juice to the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle cilantro on top.
Serve with Turbana plantain chips.
