BALLS OF REFRIED BEANS WITH SESAME
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1/4 cup of white onion minced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds
- Turbana plantain chips
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and cook until it becomes transparent.
Add the refried beans and the pepper and cook until the mixture dries. Let it cool down, then
shape the balls and cover them with the sesame seeds. Serve with Turbana plantain chips.
