Dip de queso Turbana

Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 200 gr cheddar cheese
  • 100 gr grated Parmesan
  • 200 gr bacon in small pieces
  • Fresh chives to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: Dry parsley, Garlic powder, Mustard, Onion powder

PREPARATION:

  1. Sauté the bacon until golden brown, drain and set aside
  2. Chop the chives finely, mix with the cold bacon and set aside
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, form a ball or several small balls, place on a tray with buttered paper and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up
  4. After this time, roll each ball in the bacon and chive mixture so that they are completely covered, serve
