Ceviche de piña Turbana

Pineapple Ceviche

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced into very small cubes
  • 50 ml white vinegar
  • 25 ml white wine
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some chopped fresh basil

 

PREPARATION:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the diced pepper, vinegar, wine, sugar and a pinch of salt to the fire, cook for about 15 minutes or until it is caramelized, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, red pepper and its syrup, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and chopped basil, mix well and serve.
